Megan Brooks, P.E., M.S.
Civil Engineering Megan Brooks is a native of Elkton, Maryland. She moved to Knoxville to attend
school at the University of Tennessee where she received both her Bachelors and
Masters
of Science in Engineering. Her Master’s degree was earned in 2004 with a
concentration
in the area of traffic and transportation engineering.
Ms. Brooks has experience working with local and state government agencies in
both traffic engineering and transportation planning departments. She has also
worked
with a small environmental engineering firm in Oklahoma while being stationed
there for
her husband’s Air Force pilot training. They are both glad to be settled back
permanently in Tennessee.
Megan’s primary contribution to Construction Engineering Consultants is
providing traffic and transportation engineering support to litigation cases.
She has had
graduate course work in Accident Reconstruction and she is currently taking
classes
through Northwestern Center for Public Safety for Accident Investigation and
Reconstruction.
Megan has provided traffic engineering support on over 20 cases with CEC
throughout Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, Mississippi and Tennessee on local, state
and
federal roadways.
